Our free Workflow Audit is a no-obligation consultation. It does not create a contract to perform paid work. Any recommendations we share during the audit are provided in good faith based on the information you give us, and it remains your decision whether to act on them.
Paid work begins only once we have agreed a written scope and a fixed price with you, typically between $1,199 and $3,699 depending on complexity. That written agreement, not this page, sets out the specific deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for your project. We do not charge monthly retainers unless you explicitly ask for ongoing work.
On full payment for an engagement, you own the systems and code we build for you. We do not lock you into proprietary platforms or licensing fees. We may reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific components in our other work.
Systems we build often rely on third-party services such as cloud hosting, booking tools, and model providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability and pricing are outside our control. Where possible we set these up in your name so you hold the accounts directly.
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what is set out in a signed engagement agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleLoop AI Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
